Privacy Policy

In short

• Your photo is used only to make the video you asked for and is deleted within 7 days.
• We never use your photos or videos to train AI models, and we never sell your data.
• Outputs are labelled as AI-generated.

What we collect

1. The photo you upload, and the video made from it.
2. Account details: your email address and, if you sign in with Google or another provider, the name and picture it shares.
3. Orders and credits: what you bought, when, and how many credits each video used. Card details are handled by our payment provider; we do not store card numbers.
4. Basic usage data: pages visited, device and browser type, and errors, to keep the site working.

How your photo is processed

Your photo is stored privately and sent to the AI model provider that renders your video, together with the effect's reference clip. It is checked by automated moderation before and after rendering. We delete uploaded photos within 7 days. Generated videos stay available in your account for 30 days so you can download them again, and are deleted after that.

Who else sees your data

Only the service providers we need to run the site: cloud hosting and storage, the AI model provider, the payment provider, and the email service for sign-in and receipts. Each processes data only on our behalf. We disclose data to authorities only when the law requires it.

Cookies

We use cookies to keep you signed in and to remember your choices. Analytics, where enabled, follow your cookie choice. Some effect pages show TikTok posts in TikTok's own player; when one loads, TikTok may set its own cookies under TikTok's privacy policy.

Your rights

You can ask us to show, correct, export or delete your data, or to delete a specific photo or video sooner, by emailing support@reelsame.com. Closing your account deletes your videos and account details; order records are kept as long as tax law requires.
