The service

Reelsame turns trending video formats into effects: you upload a photo, pay a fixed number of credits and receive an AI-generated video based on that effect's reference clip. By using the site you agree to these terms, the acceptable use rules, the refund policy and the privacy policy.

Accounts

You can upload a photo without an account; you need one to pay and to generate. Keep your sign-in details to yourself; you are responsible for what happens under your account. You must be at least 18.

Credits and payment

• Credits are sold in one-time packs shown on the pricing page. There is no subscription and nothing renews.
• Each effect shows its price in credits on the button before you generate.
• Credits stay valid for 12 months from purchase and can be spent on any effect.
• Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred.
• If a video fails or is blocked, its credits are returned automatically. Other refunds follow the refund policy.
• Payments are processed by our payment provider; we never see or store your full card number.

Your photos

You keep all rights to the photos you upload. You give us permission to process each photo only to make the video you asked for, including sending it to the AI model provider that renders it. You confirm, every time, that the photo shows you or an adult who agreed.

The videos you make

You may download, keep and post the videos you make for personal use, labelled as AI-generated. Effects recreate the format of a public trend; the original songs, footage and characters belong to their owners, and you are responsible for how you use the result. Do not use a video to deceive, harass or impersonate anyone.

Moderation

Every photo and video is checked automatically. We may refuse or block any request that breaks the acceptable use rules, and we may suspend accounts that keep trying.

Availability and changes

Effects follow trends: we add them quickly and may retire them when a trend fades or a rights holder asks. Unspent credits always carry over to the remaining effects. We may change these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version, and material changes are announced on the site.

Limits of liability

The service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before it.
