What is the Bicep Heart AI video trend?

Where the Bicep Heart trend came from, how the AI version works and how to make your own.

The bicep heart trend is a few-second TikTok pose: you smile at the camera, flex one arm, and curl the other hand against the flexed bicep so the arm and the hand form a heart. It took off under #bicepheart at the end of October 2026, mostly set to the "original sound" by Trendformusic, and spread from gym accounts to couples, friends and fan edits. Who posted it first is not clear; the most-played version we found is by @kavithageorge. "Bicep heart AI" is the same pose made from one photo: an image-to-video model animates you, or your dog or cat, into the flex and the heart.

  1. Oct 31, 2026@mckennacrisp posts two bicep hearts to the Trendformusic sound; the second passes 4.3 million plays by Nov 5.
  2. Nov 1, 2026@kavithageorge posts hers; by Nov 5 it has 5.1 million plays and 1.2 million likes, the most-played version we found.
  3. Nov 2–3, 2026One-photo "bicep heart AI" generators and how-to guides go up, several with a pet version where a dog or cat lifts a paw.
  4. Nov 3–4, 2026@brianwallack (1.4 million plays) and @brookemonk_ (3.1 million plays) post their own takes.

The clip, beat by beat

  1. 00:00

A small smile into the camera

  2. 00:01

One hand pushes the other sleeve up to the shoulder

  3. 00:03

That arm bends up into a flex, fist beside the head

  4. 00:04

The free hand curls over to touch the fist: the heart closes

  5. 00:05

Held still with a head tilt

How is this different from other Bicep Heart generators?

  • A 6-second 720p clip that follows a template of the move, so the hand lands right under the fist and the heart closes, instead of a loose guess from a prompt.
  • Your own face and outfit from the photo; the template is AI-made, so no creator footage is reused.
  • One photo, no prompt and no CapCut editing; the 9:16 MP4 is ready to post with the trend sound.
